Living Desert White 2025

Bordertown’s Living Desert White is our signature aromatic white blend — a wine as distinctive as the landscape that produces it. Named for the living desert of Osoyoos, Canada’s only true pocket desert, this blend of Muscat (52%), Gewürztraminer (29%), Pinot Gris (12%) and Chardonnay (7%) captures the essence of what our estate vineyards do best: bold aromatics, generous fruit and a sense of place that no other wine region in Canada can replicate. Soft floral notes open the wine, giving way to aromas and flavours of peach, apple, pear and tropical fruit, with a touch of stone fruit minerality and a hint of spice on the finish. The palate is fresh and clean, showing a layered complexity that belies how easy and inviting this wine is to drink. It’s the kind of white wine that impresses equally at a casual backyard gathering and a thoughtful dinner party.
