Brdertown is very proud that our Gruner Veltliner 2016 was selected to be showcased and poured at the 2018 Wine BC BootCamp Regional Tasting of BC Wines.
Wine BC BootCamp brings together top industry professionals from around the world and across the country to share, taste, talk, learn and celebrate the Wines of British Columbia. We would love to be a fly on the wall to watch this really interesting event!
With the 2018 Bootcamp featuring 90 wines, we were very excited to find out that Bordertown’s Gruner Veltliner was one of eight final wines selected for the Best BC Pairings Collaborative Dinner that took place last night at TIME Winery and Kitchen in Penticton.
We are just thrilled that our Gruner Veltliner was selected! We would like to thank Wines of British Columbia for a fantastic opportunity to showcase our wines in such great company.
Bordertown’s Sheila and Navpreet had the pleasure of attended last night’s dinner- here is Navpreet’s feedback:
“Sheila and I had the best time at the dinner tonight! It was incredible!”
Bordertown’s Gruner Veltliner 2016 was one of two wines creatively paired by Andrea Cullen’s Team’s- “Diuranal Shift” Elk and Lichen Roulade with fennel, celeraic puree and smoked cherries- WOW!
We really enjoyed marching our wines off to Bootcamp!
