Whistler Conference Centre – Grand Foyer
Join Bordertown Winery and Homer Street Café’s Executive Chef, Bobby Milheron and Beverage Director, JS Dupuis for an unforgettable luncheon on Sunday, November 8 from 1 – 3 PM. The newly renovated Grand Foyer of the Whistler Conference Centre provides a gorgeous, safe and welcoming space for the limited number guests. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu of Great Bear Scallop with Gala Apple Verjus and Wild Rice; Paté de Campagne with Hakurei Turnip and Beer Mustard; Geoduck Clam “Chowder” with Fennel Pollen & Chervil; Corned Beef Brisket served with Potato Rösti, Grilled Cabbage and Sauce Béarnaise; and finish with a delicious cheese course of Délice De Bourgogne, Warm Gougère and Preserved Okanagan Cherries. All wine pairings poured and presented by the Bordertown Winery team.

Stonesedge Kitchen embraces rustic elegance, effortless charm, and is polished without being fussy. Chef Robert MacMillan and his team have crafted a menu that encapsulates the beauty of the surrounding mountains with a fun nightlife vibe. Inspired by the surrounding mountains, fields, farms, and waters of the Pacific Northwest, their delicious creations are simple, but flavourful, and are made with seasonal sustainable meats and produce. The menu is a twist on Canadian cuisine, with dinner boasting a range of share plates and indulgent desserts. Brunch is a leisurely experience full of hearty plates designed to be savored while sipping on a freshly steamed latte, a mimosa, or a crafted Canadian Caesar.
