The desert heat of Osoyoos, one of the most consistent and intense growing environments in Canada, produces a Malbec that holds its own against far more famous wine regions.
Bordertown’s Malbec showcases intense ripe red fruits and black raspberry at the heart, with enticing hints of mulled spices that add an aromatic complexity not always found in Malbec. The palate is generous and satisfying — supple, velvety texture and wonderfully integrated tannins. Rated 92 points by John Schreiner, with a Gold Medal at the National Wine Align Awards 2022 and a Silver Medal at the Los Angeles International Wine Competition 2022.
