Description
Bordertown’s Pinot Noir comes from grapes grown on vineyard location sites on the slopes of Mount Boucherie in West Kelowna, a terroir well suited for producing great Pinot Noir grapes, creating wines offering black cherry, light cherry and black raspberry aromas and flavours that are layered upon a silky set of well integrated tannins. There are also hints of light spice, mushroom and forest floor. This is a wine whose medium body, juicy berry flavours and elegant finish allows it to cover off a wide range of food pairings, from salmon to red meat.
