Utilizing some of the Okanagan’s finest vineyard sites, Cabernet Franc Reserve shows off a fantastic expression of zesty dark fruit intensity, just the right amount of herbaceous bell pepper and tinge of mint, and a lush, rich palate that is maintained right through to its lengthy finish.’’
Rich and elegant, our Cabernet Franc Reserve delivers bold dark fruit, cassis, and black cherry, balanced with hints of tobacco, vanilla, and spice. Silky tannins and a long, refined finish make it a standout!
The mouthfeel of this wine is fantastic – it’s literally silky. A medium bodied wine, it is incredibly complex.
This wine will go with everything from tender cuts of beef, beef and lamb but also herbs and feta to roasted veggies and dark chocolate.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Bordertown has harnessed the desert’s hot days and cool nights to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon of genuine quality, bursting with black fruits and blackcurrant, with pleasant hints of bell pepper and mint, within a firm but inviting tannin structure. The unique terroir, characterized by its diverse microclimates allows Cabernet Sauvignon to really thrive.

What food pairs best with Cabernet Sauvignon?
Its high acidity and medium to high tannins complement rich, fatty dishes, such as grilled beef, braised short ribs, or lamb chops. It is also wonderful with a charcuterie platter, dark chocolate or hard cheeses.
